Welcome to ICM!
Tammi Broadus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the lead therapist at Indianapolis Counseling & Mentoring (ICM). With over 20 years of experience, she serves individuals and couples across Indianapolis with a structured, direct, and results-focused approach to therapy.
She founded ICM four years ago to create a space focused on meaningful growth and real change.
Tammi specializes in working with women, high school girls, and couples, helping clients navigate challenges related to communication, trust, emotional regulation, and life stressors. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral strategies and Brainspotting, to support deeper emotional processing and lasting progress.
In couples counseling, Tammi leads each session with clinical expertise while creating an environment where both partners are heard, challenged, and supported. Her goal is to move clients beyond surface-level conversations and into real, lasting change.
Her professional experience has included partnerships and outreach with organizations such as Girls Night IN, Christel House Schools, Coburn Place, MorningStar Afrocentric Community Center, and Redeemer Church. She has also supported the community through volunteering at local food banks and has facilitated webinars through IUPUI, along with speaking engagements throughout the city.
Tammi is committed to helping individuals and couples build stronger, healthier relationships through clarity, accountability, and intentional growth
