Indianapolis Counseling & Mentoring is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If a client does not communicate and does not show for the scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
